Shipping Policy

We offer reliable and trackable shipping for all Fiercera orders. Estimated delivery times vary based on location and are provided at checkout.

 

Shipping Timelines:

 

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 7–10 business days (depending on your location)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

Note: Delays may occur during high-demand seasons or due to customs clearance.

 

Return Shipping:

To return a product, please send it to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For high-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund & Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After this period, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition

  • Be in the original packaging

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Lingerie and undergarments

  • Bodysuits

  • Nightwear sets with undergarments

  • Intimate and sanitary products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable items or digital content

Note: Sale and clearance items are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Partial Refunds (If Applicable):

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items not in original condition or damaged (not due to our error)

  • Items missing parts

  • Returns made after 14 days but within 30 days (case-by-case basis)


 

Refunds Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — processing may take time.

  3. If still unresolved, email us at sales@fiercera.com.


 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at sales@fiercera.com before returning the product.


 

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received. If the gift wasn’t marked or was sent to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.
