Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but if you contact us at info@fiercera.com within 1 hour of placing your order, we’ll do our best to help.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
How long does delivery take?
For UK orders, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How do I return an item?
Simply email us at sales@fiercera.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
