1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (UK Time), on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all areas across the United Kingdom, including:

  • England

  • Scotland

  • Wales

  • Northern Ireland

If your postcode is in a remote or rural area, delivery may take slightly longer.


3. Delivery Time

We work with trusted UK couriers such as Royal Mail, Evri (Hermes), DPD, and Yodel to ensure fast and secure delivery.

Estimated delivery times: 5–7 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders under £50: Flat rate of £3.99 (Standard Shipping)

  • Orders over £50: Free Standard Delivery across the UK

Shipping fees will be shown clearly during checkout before you confirm your order.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your parcel through the courier’s official website or the tracking link in your email.

If you haven’t received shipping confirmation email within 2 working days after placing your order, please contact us at sales@fiercera.com.


6. Missed or Undeliverable Deliveries

If you miss a delivery, the courier will usually leave a calling card or send a text/email with instructions for redelivery or collection.
If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect delivery address, or

  • Failure to collect within the courier’s holding period,
    the customer will be responsible for redelivery costs.


7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging every order.
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery.

Send an email to sales@fiercera.com including:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll investigate the issue with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.


8. Pre-Orders or Back-Order Items

Some exclusive or high-demand fashion items may be pre-order or back-order only.
These products may require additional processing time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page before checkout.


9. International Shipping

At this time, Fiercera ships only within the United Kingdom.
We plan to expand international shipping soon — stay tuned for updates.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Fiercera.
We’re dedicated to providing premium Lingerie, Fashion Wear, and Active Wear to customers across the United Kingdom.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and hygiene seals (where applicable) must remain intact.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order (in accordance with UK consumer protection guidelines).

  • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

⚠️ Important: For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Lingerie, underwear, or swimwear (for hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards and promotional items

  • Accessories marked as “Final Sale”


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@fiercera.com, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email sales@fiercera.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Wait for our team to confirm and provide return instructions.

  3. Repackage the item securely and send it to the return address provided.

📦 Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to appear in your account.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is faulty or incorrect.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, initiate a return after delivery.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
